This riddle is from a poem entitled "Time" I'm sorry, I don't know the author.

'Time'

The time has come,

winter is here

and those yellow bears disapear.

(...I turn polar bears white )

The time has past

as man looks back with a sigh

and a tear in his eye.

(...and I will make you cry.)

As time is held

boys cross their legs

but of course the toilet begs

(...I make guys have to pee)

As time marches on

Girls loose their blush

and swap a comb for their brush

(...and girls comb their hair.)

As time passes

For those held high

their end is nigh

As time catches up

Everyone is equal

when we get to the final sequal

I have two answers.

Since the last line is "Can you guess the riddle?"

I would have answered NO.

But I'm guessing the answer here is PRESSURE.

Apparently there are three semi-answers:

a) Time. In the winter, the snow cleans polar bears and makes them closer to white than yellow, after a while the body digests, after a while you have to brush your hair, etc. I don't know about this, though.

b) Pressure. The pressure of the poles makes polar bears need to be white because of the snow, stress makes people cry, pressure on the bladder, peer pressure on girls to look perfect, etc.

c) I think this is the best answer- No. The question is "Can you guess the riddle?" No, I can't.
