It's kind of an odd question because I don't think blonde hair blue eyed people look American necessarily...I think Scandanavian. Incidently only 2% of the world's population are actually born blonde as it is a recessive trait.

So assuming you are asking about someone who hasn't strayed from their "ethnic roots" so-to-speak here are a few I could think of off the top of my head...Jessica Alba (you already mentioned her), Penelope Cruise, Salma Hayek, Antonio Banderas, Kal Penn (he's such a hottie), Lucy Liu, Jennifer Lopez...
