OK, the sun makes polar bears white and if you stare at the sun your eyes will tear up. Water makes guys pee and when chicks hair is wet we brush it so it stays straight. Under natural light celebrities look like dumb asses and some people look really good under natural light. Heat makes pancakes brown, carbonation makes champagne bubble. If you squeeze a balloon it will pop. If you stare at the sun for too long your eyes might as well pop. And I think I guessed the riddle. You didn't say it was only one thing.

TIME. Yes I could answer the riddle, but it took TIME to figure it out:

I understand polar bears are born brownish and as they age, they turn white.

We often cry when we look back in TIME.

Urine builds in our bladders over TIME.

As a girl matures she starts taking interest in her appearance.

It is just a matter of TIME for celebrities to do something stupid.

It takes TIME to get dressed and look respectable (like celebrities).

It takes TIME for pancakes to turn brown in heat.

Overtime, carbon dioxide forms in alcoholic beverages as a result of fermentation.

However, the last two lines are wrong, they should have been, or something like that:

"I CAN FLY"

"IF YOU LOOK AT ME, YOU'LL FLY"

It's got to be pressure.

Polar bears are white because the pressure at the poles is low, so they have to be able to absorb heat.

Pressure makes you cry if it's too much.

Pressure in your bladder makes you have to pee.

Peer pressure makes girls comb their hair...Otherwise we wouldn't bother!

Celebrities usually crack under pressure.

Many normal people will shine under pressure.

Pancakes turn brown thanks to pressure generated by the heat.

Champagne will bubble until the pressure of the carbonation has disappeared.

If you squeeze something under pressure, BAM, there it goes.

If you are "looking" at pressure, you're in it, like in an airplane, and your ears pop.

not sure it's 100% correct--Polar Bears may be be white due to evolutionary pressure-not my answer anyway--just cut and pasted the best answer I could find.

Although the riddle originally was based on a poem about time, there were errors in it that make it impossible to be answered with "time".

The last part of the riddle, "If you squeeze me, I'll pop.

If you look at me, you'll pop." is actually from an old riddle which had the answer "bubble". (if you squeeze it it will pop, if you look at it you see your reflection and you pop.)

And the answer "pressure" came from a kid or someone who knew nothing at all about why it is cold at the north pole or why polar bears appear white.
