I have three answers to this riddle and I really don't know which is right, but...

No (because when asked to kindergartener if they could guess the riddle, they answered: No), Pressure (makes the most sense), and time (which has its own riddle to go with it).

and I will make you cry. -A cold wind can make you cry

I make guys have to pee - a cold breeze if you are exposed

and girls comb their hair. - wind will mess up hair

I make celebrities look stupid - same -wind will mess up hair

and normal people look like celebrities. - Sometimes wind will cause that "wind blown look"

I turn pancakes brown - turning brown when cooking is because of heat induced oxydation

and make your champane bubble. - CO2

If you sqeeze me, I'll pop. - air in bubble wrap

If you look at me, you'll pop. - this last one I'm not sure of. If you look into the wind do your eyes pop? Looking into the wind when trying to hit a baseball make you pop-up?
