Everybody knows that she is Miley Cyrus I didn't see Aaliyah walking around with a wig or tracks in her hair.

uhhh i believe that in the show, her fans don't know that shes Miley (oh god thats stupid name!). I think she lip syncs most of the time, in some concerts you can tell she is and in others you can tell shes trying to sing, but either way she sounds horrible-- the channel just doesnt want her to mess up.

Because that is what her show is about. Shes a regular girl when she's Miley then she disguises herself with her wig to be Hannna Montanna. She does it to stay a normal girl. And I'm sure she does lip sync sometimes but definately not all the time. I have seen her sing acapella and she is a wonderful singer.

I have no idea why she wears a wig. At the disney channel games she preformed without it as Miley Cyrus so there is no point. I think the only reason she wears it is to keep her show alive. She lipsyncs for all disney promoted preformances - atleast thats what heard. I definatley think thats true - it sounds exactly like the CD. However for acts such as the Today Show, she was not lipsyncing.

it goes in with the shows plot and miley stewart's secret identity, as for lips she syncs in her videos as she is so active plus as a childs actress children do not pick up on things like adults do so its not such a problem.

MILEY CYRUS WEARS A WIG ON THE SHOW HANNAH MONTANA TO HIDE THE FACT THAT SHES REALLY MILEY STEWERT BUT ONCE THE SHOW REALLY KICKED OFF SHE ACTUALLY TOOK ON THE PART OF HANNAH MONTANA AND WOULD BE HANNAH MONTANA AT CONCERTS NOT MILEY. MILEY SOMETIMES HAD TO LIP SYNC SOMETIMES I THINK BUT ONLY FOR THE SONGS WITH A LOT OF DANCING CUZ ITS REALLLLLY HARD TO SING AND DANCE AROUND AT THE SAME TIME AND STILL HAVE YOUR VOICE SOUND PERFECT.
