5. It's healthy in moderation, has calcium and other nutrients, but like most things largely constructed out of fat, if you indulge enough it won't only make your butt bigger, but everything else around it.



6. healthy, how? I think the least amount of sugar is in watermelon, but apples are good for fiber, I think you need to further define "healthy" when trying to discern the healthiest of healthy foods.



7. in my opinion, mmm, Selma Hayek (sp?)



8. start focusing on others and stop caring what those people think of you, you don't have much time here, and honestly no one knows how much time he or she really will have, so what's to lose? what's to hide? Go out there and get 'em, Tiger!

thick hair can be washed every other day....



for style..buy fashion magazines....( 60's %26amp; black %26amp; white, futuristic and for fall.... ladylike.)



dejavu...happens every once in awhile..making it interesting when it does....



glasses..were considered worn by people who read many books..strained their eyes and then needed glasses.



low fat/low sodium cheese is healthy..protein %26amp; calcium.



all fruit is healthy...and good for you....any fruit high in potassium..( oranges..strawberries..)



and anti oxidants ( blueberries) are good.



the prettiest female celeb is angelina...or liz hurley.



un shy..that comes with getting older.....and becoming more sure of yourself....we are all shy when we are younger....

1. You should wash your hair about 3 times a week for your type. Make sure you take care of it and don't seem dirty!



2. Just to sum it up: Clogs are totally in right now. Black nailpolish [keep the nails short] are in this year too. Victoria's Secret Pink clothing line is in [flip flops, sweats], UGGs, 80s Style -- Big and natural eyebrows are soo in this year so NO MORE PLUCKING [unless it gets to be a unibrow..EW!], Dramatic eyes and soft lips for makeup are in, and just S0 much more!



3. I get De Ja Vu about every other week or so. It happens a lot to some people, and to others -- it doesn't happen at all!



4. I just got glasses and I don't get considered "smart" I'm still the airhead I was without glasses. Actually, people loove my glasses, so it's not weather you're smart or not :]



5. Cheese isn't healthy when you're constantly eating it. There is fat in cheese. It'll not only make your butt bigger, but your thighs and other body parts!



6. I really don't know but Apples are really healthy. So are grapes and oranges!



7. Wow, there are lots of beautiful female celebrities. Keira Knightley is absolutely beautiful. I kind of look like her, as a younger version.



8. Just be OUTGOING! Don't be afraid to just say "HI!".

1. I wash it everyday, I have medium/thick hair. not really wavy, but not straight.



2. I don't know, it depends on what styles you are into.



3. I get it almost every day.



4. They're not always considered smart, it's just stereotypical.



5. Cheese is healthy. No, I have no reference of whatever that states it makes your butt bigger. It depends, because everyone is different, different foods will make them get bigger in different places.



6. I'm not sure. But I maybe grapefruit. I don't know, because all fruits are different and have different levels of concentration and such.



7. This is a matter of opinion, but if I had to pick, I would say Giselle? Or maybe Scarlett Johansson



8. You adapt to change, you learn to have more confidence in yourself, and try to realize that there's nothing to be afraid of, in order to be less shy.

- 1. Shampooing matters on what kind of hair you have (oily or dry) and how much you style or chemically treated. I would suggest once a day, only washing the roots/scalp and conditioning the length. If you are having issues, get with a stylist and ask for help.



- 2. Style? The only people who care about what is in style should be the people making money off of "what is in style"..until you are that person, go with what you feel you look good in and are comfortable with wearing.



- 3. It matters on the person. I have it several times a year, then again, I work with pretty predictable people..lol: politicians.



- 4. Glasses = Smart because of when children got glasses in school and look more of a scholarly appearance as compared to an athletic one.



- 5. Cheese is healthy, like almost any other food, if eaten in moderation. What makes your butt big is no excercise and a large calorie intake.



- 6. Fruit is healthy, period.



- 7. Matters on you what you consider pretty. I have had to deal with a group of young workers before that were always dress to impress, stick thin, tanned to the 10th degree, amazing hair and great make up....and they were the ugliest people I have ever met. Beauty comes from the heart, so I only consider someone beautiful when I know what kind of person they are.



- 8. Try a speech class. Once you get over speaking in front of a class or a group of people the shyness will melt away. It paid off massively for me, as I was a shy girl (with glasses) in school. I have never been shy since then!
