I think both are cute but the shorter one looks a bit more stylish and youthful. The first one looks almost like a fall or extensions, sort of puffy. I'd say the second.

it would fit your face better like the shape. a shorter haircut would look better than long one. but not to short. and frame your face with layers and side swept bangs. you will look totally cute.
