Im a 5'7 black girl 23. Im about the color of Gabrielle Union (actress) and have black hair about about an inch pass my shoulders (pretty long). I want to be a celebrity for Halloween but I can't think of anyone who stands out (i.e. Paris Hilton, or like my friend was Anna Nicole last year). I wanted to be a famous celebrity but who could I be? I said I look like Gabrielle Union but she does not have a style to imitate 4 Halloween so please don't be sarcastic. I want to be someone who stands out. If you could give me ideas and then some stuff to go along with it (i.e. Someone who was anna nicole would wear a pink jumpsuit, carry trimspa, and have enormous boobs).

I perm would curl it for a very long time but for a one time deal scrunch it. I'm not sure if it works on relaxed hair. Sorry. But take a shower and dry your hair with a towel. Then scrunch some anti-frizz or curling serum in it. Garnier Fructis has some nice products. (they come in a green bottle). You scrunch by evenly distributing the product through the hair and taking your hands and squeezing sections from the bottom.

Then let it air dry or blow dry it with either a special blowdryer for curly hair or a regular dryer on a low setting. You can hairspray it lightly if you like.

Why don't you print out that picture of Ciara no.6 and take it to a proffesional hairstyle person and see if they can do it for you. An the hair stuff they use buy it and then you can do it yourself also keep a close eye on what the person does so you can do it.

if your hairs relaxed, then i would say get out of the shower, blot the access water out of your hair, and apply a strong hold gel to your damp hair. Part it on the side, like ciaras and flip your head upside down. Scrunch your hair upside down like this until all the get is worked into your hair, and then gently flip your head right side up. This will give your waves/curls extra volume, like hers are in that pic. Finish it off with a strong hold hair spray, and your done!

Hello, in your question you say you have relaxed hair so I am assuming you have african american hair texture, so please do not put a perm in your hair, especially if you have relaxed it, unless you want to be bald. To achieve that style its best to do a roller set with medium sized rollers. Use a really good setting lotion when rolling the hair and sit under the dryer until it is completely dry, then finger comb the curls out.

Okay, so she's a drug user, or at least was one...she's not the only one!

She wears a femme fatale style with a punk twist, and is highly regarded by Karl lagerfield, BIG DEAL!

How is she any different from any celebrity. And BTW, why does everyone say she looks like Janice from friends? They look nothing alike! Just the hair.

Also, how is her face ugly? She has big eyes ans full lips. She doesn't have great teeth though, but that can always be fixed, and it's only noticeable when she smiles. i do think she is way too skinny though.

That's how ignorant most people are. A talented woman from a different country comes to America and is a hot and then she's like the no. 1 enemy because she's busted using drugs. There are more celebrities doing it than you think. I'm not saying that makes it right,but give it a rest.
